Information we collect

Order information may include your name, phone number, delivery address, pincode, selected product, photograph, crop instructions, payment reference and support conversation.

The interactive preview uses the selected image in your browser and does not upload it from that preview page.
A photograph is received by GetMyFrame only when you intentionally submit or share it for production, restoration or support.

How information is used

We use customer information to prepare previews, manufacture the frame, verify payment, arrange delivery, provide tracking, prevent fraud, maintain order records and respond to support requests.

Customer photographs are not sold or used in advertising without separate permission.
We do not use a customer photograph to train public artificial-intelligence models.
Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for the order.

Service providers

Necessary information may be shared with payment providers, couriers, hosting providers and production partners only to complete the transaction or provide support. Those services process information under their own security and privacy terms.

Couriers receive delivery and contact information required to deliver the parcel.
Payment providers receive transaction information but GetMyFrame does not store full card, bank or UPI credentials.

Storage and retention

Production photographs are retained only for the period reasonably needed to complete the order, replacement window and customer support. We aim to remove production image files within 90 days after successful delivery unless an active dispute, replacement request or legal requirement needs longer retention.

Invoices, payment references and order records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
No internet storage system can be guaranteed completely risk-free, but reasonable access and security controls are used.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct your contact information or request deletion of a production photograph after the order is complete, subject to active support and legal record requirements.

Do not submit photographs you do not have permission to reproduce.
Contact us with the order number and registered phone number for a privacy request.
