Prices and order total

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. The final payable amount includes the selected frame and print, applicable delivery charge and any taxes or additional service charges shown before payment.

Delivery is calculated separately from the frame price.
Photo restoration or special work is charged only after the scope and price are confirmed.
The amount displayed in the final payment request is the amount authorised for collection.

Accepted payment methods

The available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include UPI, credit card, debit card, netbanking or another method supported by the payment service provider. Availability can vary by bank, device and payment provider.

GetMyFrame does not ask customers to share card PINs, UPI PINs, CVVs or one-time passwords over WhatsApp or telephone.
Payment credentials are entered only on the secure payment provider interface.

When an order is confirmed

Submitting an address or opening a payment page does not confirm an order. An order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully captured or otherwise verified and an order confirmation is issued.

A created, pending, authorised or failed attempt is not treated as a paid order until verification is complete.
Production does not begin for an unpaid order.
Keep the order number and payment reference until delivery is complete.

Failed, interrupted or duplicate payments

If a payment fails or the page closes before confirmation, check your bank account and contact us with the order number before attempting repeated payments. A bank debit without a confirmed order may be automatically reversed by the bank or payment provider.

A verified duplicate capture for the same order will be refunded after review.
Do not share screenshots containing full financial account details.
Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside GetMyFrame’s direct control.

Payment security

GetMyFrame stores the order reference, amount and payment status required to manage the order. Full card, bank and UPI credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by GetMyFrame.

Suspected fraudulent or tampered payments may be rejected.
We may request order verification before production for unusual or high-risk transactions.
